- Introduction to the Tamazight mother tongue.

-Introduction to the other Tamazight languages.

- Popularising and generalising the Tamazight alphabet (Tifinagh)

- Teaching the Tamazight language.

- Introducing the Tamazight journalists to the grammar of the Tamazight language.

- Organizing special training programs related to the Tamazight news writing.

- Teaching the techniques of advertisement and publicity in the Tamazight language.

- These training programs will last a period of time ranging from six month to one  whole academic year.

- After the exams, the student will get a certificate, which is accredited by the university. When the student registers in on of the faculties of the university:

       a- He will be discharged from any course that has a connection with the institute curriculum.

       b- Or he will use the score he got (and which is equivalent to his certificate) in case he needs more marks so as to be able to pass an exam, or register in to the following academic year

- Organizing a secondary qualification programme for those don’t have one.

- Provides a consistent curriculum to prepare the prospective student at this level of education to enrol in one of the faculties of the university.

- This Curriculum is made up of courses that have a direct link with the major that the prospective student wishes to select.

- The curriculum of the Secondary school qualification is directly linked to many standard courses that will help the prospective student in his studies at the university.

- The Curriculum consists of many courses related to language, History, Culture, media and so on.

- The student will be examined in the above mentioned courses:

       a- The student has the right to register in one of the faculties of the university once he succeeds in getting at least 70 % of the maximum score.

       b- The student has the right to retake any failed exam.

- Writing a journalistic article.

- Reporting a journalistic coverage.

- Writing the news in brief.

- Writing a journalistic report.

-Managing a meeting or a press conference.

- Managing a forum or a seminar.

- These training programs will last a period of time ranging from six month to one  whole  academic year.

- Teaching the techniques of searching in the digital media.

- Teaching how to come up with a scientific contribution to the digital media.

- Teaching how to make a digital media domain using the internet.

- Teaching how to create a digital media website: such a forum, journal or magazine.

- Teaching how to create a logo specific to a media website.

- Teaching the commonly made mistakes in the media websites.

-Teaching how to write and to send the urgent information.

-Teaching how to advertise a media website.

- Teaching how to manage a media website.

- After the exams, the student will get a certificate, which is accredited by the university. When the student registers in on of the faculties of the university:

       a- He will be discharged from any course that has a connection with the institute curriculum.

       b- Or he will use the score he got (and which is equivalent to his certificate) in case he needs more marks, should he pass an exam, or should he register in the following academic year. 

- Introduction to satellite media.

- Preliminary introduction to some techniques related to satellite media.

- Teaching how to launch a satellite channel.

-Teaching the management of a satellite channel.

- The study of some cases of the satellite channels, be they Arabic or Tamazight.

- These training sessions will last a period of time ranging from six month to one  whole  academic year.

- After the exams, the student will get a certificate, which is accredited by the university. When the student registers in on of the faculties of the university:

       a- He will be discharged from any course that has a connection with the institute curriculum.
